Transport Dreaming 2019
The National Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander Corporation (NATSIC) is holding their second ‘Transport Dreaming’ conference.
The conference aims to provide an enabling platform for open dialogue to explore and define Indigenous specific transport options and innovations in remote, regional and urban locations. This will be achieved through promoting a strong focus on innovative transport solutions across areas that have significant impacts on the health, well-being, cultural obligations and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities across Australia. The conference content will also target transport related issues focusing on strengthening and increasing equity and access to My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
